The snowbird residents are friendly and the monthly activity calendar was full of interesting options. The management was immediately understanding and moved us to a new spot, this one nearer the dog walk area. Even so, it would have been manageable were it not for our large dogs. Admittedly, our first assigned spot was swampy - unavoidable with the constant rain. The spaces are generous, nicely shaded (or will be in summer), and level with good sized concrete patios. Clean, friendly, convenient, and affordable about sums it up. I can't say enough nice things about this RV resort.
